Baseline testing is how a clinician knows where you are starting and how they will recognize a change later.
Which tests a clinician orders depends on you -- your history, what else you are managing, and what they are considering. We are not going to publish a list of panels, because a list on a referral site would be guessing at someone else's clinical judgment. What is reasonable to expect is that some baseline testing happens before a plan is set, and that a clinician explains why each piece was ordered.
The follow-up question matters more than the first one: when does anything get rechecked, what would prompt a recheck sooner, and how are results actually communicated to you. Results that sit in a portal nobody discusses with you are not monitoring. Hormone testing and therapy is a distinct area handled by a sister referral line, Hormone 801, rather than here.
Tell us what you are looking for and we will point you to a clinic. The clinical conversation happens there, with someone qualified to have it.
